- Bridal Party line-up. Banqueting Manager announces guests.

- Banqueting Manager asks the Clergyman to say Grace before the meal.
|
- Best Man or Banqueting Manager asks the Bride and Groom to cut the cake after the main course.
|
- Best Man asks the Bride’s Father or family representative to say a few words followed by a toast to the Bride and Groom.
|
- Best Man asks the Groom to speak and toast the Bridesmaids.
|
- Best Man replies on behalf of Bridesmaids and gives his speech.
|
- Best Man asks the Grooms Father or family representative to say a few words.
|
- Best Man/Groomsman reads the cards, telegrams and offers greetings from the guests.
|
- If applicable, Best Man asks the guests to move to the bar area to clear the room for dancing.
